We have passed the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene inspection and are super happy to move with you again.

Our Check in process:

  1. If you are symptomatic or may have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay home.

  2. Arrive 5 minutes early to your session. (No late entry allowed.)

  3. A mask must be worn at all times within the studio. (We have masks available.)

  4. Sanitize hands upon entry and exit.

  5. Wipe down your station using our EPA registered antiviral/antibacterial wipes.

  6. Thank you for moving with us, please leave promptly after class.

Please note that while Harlem Pilates is taking precautions to minimize the risk to our employees and clients including additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures, employee precautions, etc., it is not possible to provide complete protection against Covid-19.

The safety of our community is our top priority. We are and intend to remain compliant with directives and regulations issues by New York State and local authorities. While these may change frequently, the following precautions are in effect.

  • Employee, client and visitor contact tracing and logs are maintained.

  • Classes and Private Sessions are available by appointment/reservation only. (No walk-ins.)

  • Sanitizer stations are available through the studio.

  • It is mandatory to have filtration rating of MERV-13 or greater. At Harlem Pilates we are have the a filtration rating greater than MERV-16.

  • The studio is cleaned and disinfected in preparation for you to join us. Additional cleaning and sanitizing of touched surfaces will take place between each session. (All cleaning products are compliant with CDC guidelines for disinfectants.)

  • Training provided to all staff members on new health and safety procedures.

  • PPE is available to our employees and emergency supplies of PPE available to clients (ex; if your mask breaks during class).

  • CDC approved signage is available throughout the studios with specific safety protocols.

  • Our COVID-19 Response Plan as per CDC guidelines, along with full details of our precautions and protocols are available at the front desk.
