Many of you know our amazing trainer Solange. She is always looking for fun and creative ways to challenge you while honing in on foundational movement and exercises. That said, Solange is hosting a plank challenge next week. However, we’d much rather you think about this as a check in for yourself in terms of your strength level as well as an opportunity to support, and empower your classmates — that’s what we’re all about!

The Plank Challenge:

How strong are your abdominals? The best strength challenge for your abdominals are your favorite exercise ever …. planks. 

The plank challenge will consist of holding a plank either flat on your hands or forearms for as long as you can. We will be doing 30 second intervals, which is also the best way to prep for it. Whoever can make it to the highest 30 second interval (ex; 2 minutes) will receive a free private session with Solange. ALL participants will be rewarded with a special gift.
