Mayor de Blasio announced important updates to the Key to NYC vaccine requirement program, which requires New Yorkers and visitors 12 years and older to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (at least one dose). Enforcement by the City will begin on September 13.

Please email your proof of vaccination to frontdesk@harlempilates.com before September 13th for our records. You will receive a confirmation email once your client profile is updated. Alternatively, you can upload proof of vaccination directly to your account (see below for step by step instructions).

We will keep a record of people who have provided proof of vaccination, rather than require the proof be displayed every time the person enters the establishment.

Sufficient proof may be demonstrated by sharing:

• A photo of your CDC vaccination card

• Screenshot of NYC COVID Safe App

• Screenshot of New York State Excelsior App

• A photo of an official vaccine record

• A photo of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States for one of the following vaccines: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac.
